10. Langfoss Waterfall 


Though Langfoss Waterfall is not the biggest waterfall in the world but in-spite it is counted as on among the most beautiful waterfall in the world. The water in this waterfall flows down in contact with water. It flows along with the cliffs rather ten just getting directly in the water. The water of the waterfalls goes into the Akra Fjord. The total height of this waterfall is 2,008 feet. Also the combined width of the Langfoss waterfall is 205 feet. The area around the waterfall seems to be quite bright and green since it is covered with different types of vegetation. This Lanfoss waterfall has not been used for hydroelectric power purposes yet. Oslo is the closest city, from where you can reach the waterfall in the minimum time. You can either drive to cover 246 miles to the place Etne or can also take a flight which covers 43 miles to reach there. It is said that the time between the months June and September is the best one to go there.

Angel Falls is also the waterfall which is present in the list of most beautiful waterfalls. It is located in Venezuela. It is also one of the tallest waterfalls in the world with an average height of 3,211 feet. The water of Angel falls waterfall evaporates because of its great height in the middle of its way before it reaches the lake. The water of the water fall is not from the snow rather the water comes from the rain which occurs in tropical clouds. The place is closest to Caracas and is situated in Canaima National Park. It is said that the time between July and November is the best time to visit this place

Fiordland National Park is at a distance of 280 miles from Queenstown, which provides the facility to go at the place. It will take five hours to reach the park if you drive from Queenstown. At summer time the days are long.

Yosemite Falls is another waterfall with great height. The height of this waterfall is around 2,425 feet. The waterfall is very beautiful and is surrounded by granite cliffs. The place is very much famous throughout the California. The pleasure of the beautiful place can be taken from Yosemite Valley. This place is around 195 miles far from San Francisco. Ke’es beach is the closest place to this waterfall. One can reach to Hanakapi’ai within 15min from ke’es beach. Mid September to December and also January to May is said to be the best time to visit this particular place. One should avoid visiting the place in August since in august the temperature of the place is very high i.e. around 90 degrees.

3. Iguazu Falls


Iguazu Falls is formed by the network of 275 falls. It is located in Argentina. It is far more big and powerful in comparison to Niagara Falls. Devil’s Throat is counted as one of the most popular part of this waterfall. It is a horseshoe shaped waterfall with an average width and height of 269 and 2300 respectively. One can reach the place by either taking a bus from Viator and by taking a train of the forest. Buenos Aires is the place which is closest to the Iguazu Falls. The Iguazu Fall is around 670 miles away from the north part of Buenos Aires. The best month to visit the place is October when the temperature of the place is around 75 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. One can easily drive to this place. Summer seasons are the best time to visit this place.

Plitvice Lake is located in Croatia. The lake is intense turquoise color. The water consists of a unique mixture of organisms and minerals which are responsible of its color. The southern part of Zagreb is the closest place of this Plitvice Lake. One can reach within two hours from this place to the waterfall. The time between May and September is said to be the best time to visit this place.
