24. Microsoft

Microsoft is based in Washington, USA and is known for developing, manufacturing, licensing, supporting and selling consumer electronics and personal computers and services. Considered one of the most valuable companies in the world, Microsoft provides unparalleled care to its customers. As of 2013, Microsoft holds a 32.8% customer service rating.
